To avoid confusion, maybe add a note at the README.md saying that this package has been superseded by https://github.com/JuliaArrays/StructArrays.jl?

Or just archive this repo.

I think this package still has a place in GPU computing, see #17. I am happy to help maintain this package and keep it up to date.
