Pacman doesn't get confirmation so doesn't install anything #363

Pacman asks for confirmation before installing by default. Since it's called from within dependencies.jl it doesn't let you respond or something (not exactly sure) and nothing happens. dependencies.jl needs to ask pacman to not confirm installation when running it. PR incoming.

This is addressed by #311. Boo me for not searching carefully before opening an issue.
