Ah, that's because I don't dynamically update the font atlas right now ... Displaying it a second time should work :'(

Refreshing worked, but it broked my dynamic plotting (which is my fault I imagine)

I was thinking that in practice, in the large majority of cases, the characters that appear dynamically are numbers, the ., their uppercase counterpart, and the times symbol. Could we simply add those in by default in the texture atlas? It's relatively few characters, so I imagine this would not cause much of a performance penalty.

Well, I guess we could do that to make the issue slightly less worse...
