Need a way to

  • See XML messaging being sent and received
  • Enable debugging for underlying transport libraries (crypto/ssh)

Added logging. Need to now add more debugging information

I think it's time to drop the Juniper nomenclature.  This also means we can get rid of the go-netconf prefix and drop v2 as this is already a different package.
