It would be great to create a new J1 _class for FirewallRule and use that here: JupiterOne/data-model#70

I think this is a no-op, we already have a relationship to a NIC which is what this is. The NIC has a relationship to a NSG which already has the set of inbound and outbound rules.

Already done within the project through azure_vm -> azure_nic relationships
