I think it would be convenient for the user if we could use his calendars so that we know when he is free for a meeting.

Google calendar
Apple calendar

Um yeah good idea but if we use both like use his calendars and we also add our own so it will be good.

I would suggest to add an WebDav implementation, then there is a good way to use all kinds of calendars.
