I don't know if it's a good idea.
The original idea was to provide a simple way to navigate inside directories.

I will think about it but if you have an idea/proposal don't hesitate to create a PR.

I would welcome this feature very much!

In our case we want the user to select a directory to download a project. In most cases the user was not aware of this to happen before he is in the actual inquirer prompt.

Creating a directory would be nice then, so the user can avoid restarting the wizard and/or selecting a directory which is actually not fitting perfect.
