Update Espresso version #3

During the last training some attendees found dependency management errors due to the espresso version. We should update to the latest one before the next training.

We have updated it from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2, I'm not sure that solves the issue, though.
Most recent versions of espresso are now part of the AndroidX package and so, we have to update things like the support library as well if we want to keep updating it.
