Import scenario events

1. I was disappointed to learn that importing events deletes all current events.
   It would be nice to import (add) events without deleting current events.
   For example, create 1 event and export it.
   And on the new map, create a list of events by importing selected events.

2. It would be nice to see and assign a name to events in the list of scenario events.
