Prepare v11 Support

Description

Khiops Core v11 release is approaching. Hence, support should be done at the following levels:

• specify Core API updates, according to Prepare V11 version : internal release notes khiops#223 (comment)
• run the v11 beta GUI to regenerate all scenarios, then templatize them to update the tasks
• update the Core API following the specifications
• make the necessary updates to the sklearn part
• test the update on the https://github.com/KhiopsML/khiops/releases/tag/10.6.0-b.0 v11 beta.
