salam aleykum,

I encounter a problem but don't know if it is rather windows's problem than the app's one.

image

I have many pinned softwares on taskbar and opened, so the widget is in superposition, I can't open the app below the widget, nor can I interact with the scroll buttons to see hidden opened softwares. luckily I have a second monitor where the widget isn't present for my desktop. but I can't use this widget on my laptop.

I want to share my tanks for this incredible project, and it beign open source and so on, Jazak Allah khair.

wa aleykum assalam @toshio-tamura

This is a limitation for both the widget and Windows 11.

Unfortunately, there is no way to make the taskbar aware of such widgets, which used to be called deskbands in Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10. Microsoft removed this feature in Windows 11 so we have to use hacks instead and that's what make the widget overlap the content of the taskbar :(

So I'm afraid that, at the moment, you have to make space for the widget if you want to use it.

Thanks for the kind words, jazak Allah khair
