Documentation: macOS with SIP, DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH is problematic #1873

On versions of macOS with SIP (System Integrity Protection) enabled, it is problematic to use DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH as part of the application launch. Currently all the samples rely on this environment variable.

At the very least this should be documented in the macOS build instructions.

Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with macOS (neither with nor without SIP). Would you be so kind and suggest some wordings on how to document this issue?
