[BUG] Missing component navigation in mobile layout

Viewing the docs site in mobile layout (e.g. on a tablet), there is no way to get to the left-side navigation of a component:

The top right navigation (hamburger menu) only lets you change between components.

So currently, the site is a bit useless on mobile devices or devices with small screens/high scaling.

I believe that's a dark mode problem. Turn off dark mode and there's another hamburger menu in the upper left. Or just tap on the left side of the gray bar with the dark mode control on the right.

Yeah, you're right. The buttons are simply not visible in dark mode :(

We should fix this, due to dark mode being automatically set on devices where dark theme is a default preference.
