解决方法：在ComputerMonitor.py中修改outputall=subprocess.check_output(callall)添加shell=True参数
问题：因为对这个subprocess不熟悉，查看手册，上面说“如果传递一个简单的字符串，则 shell 参数必须为 [True]”，不知是否为这个原因
