Original problem - posts with Chinese characters in permalink go to 404

Solution - modify router in enhanceApp.js vuepress-reco/vuepress-theme-reco-1.x#276

Current problem (side effect) - need to go back twice in order to go to previous page, presumably due to extra routing introduced in solution

Remark - according to vuejs/vuepress#2716, this problem does not occur for vue-router version <= 3.4.5. But my initial test is unsuccessful, need further testing.

974eb9f removes .html from the permalink, making it different from the path to the static html file. This seems to fix the issue locally but not only Gh pages.

Using [email protected] (without enhanceApp.js) gives 404 for me.

This issue seems to disappear in Chrome 99, but persists in Firefox 98. Maybe Chrome changes its way of handling duplicate routing.

A new solution in the aforementioned issue solves it.
