IMHO it would be pretty handy to have the overclock percentage shown on the visualize graph. Something simple like percentage under the building count:

But doesn't the x0.95 mean you need one Unit clocked at 95%?
If you need 2xIron Plates it's up to you if you build one overclocked Constructor at 200% or two at 100%
