Crosshair tool when switching to Oblique view and then back #525

Crosshair tool behavior when switching to oblique view and then back to Quad view.

Quad view then select crosshairs.
Select Oblique view
Do stuff in Oblique view
Select Quad view
Crosshairs tool is still selected (green), but not active
Click on any other tool and then select Crosshair tool again -> Crosshair working again
This is version
VolView 4.1.0 vtk.js 28.13.0 itk-wasm 1.0.0-b.156
