Custom notifications timings

I suggest that the 'Module Torn API-Notification for player status have some way to edit on how we would like to be notified, like doctorn/torntool.
for example: if i would like to be notified if my educ only has 24hrs left and be notified every x hours under 24hrs, or every x,y,z time left. or for energy to be notified that you have x-energy and have z-time left till full
