BED MESH default profile not load

According to klipper config changes...
https://www.klipper3d.org/Config_Changes.html

It is recommended that users who use the default profile add BED_MESH_PROFILE LOAD=default to their START_PRINT macro (or to their slicer's "Start G-Code" configuration when applicable).

Also another future is adaptive bed meshing
https://www.klipper3d.org/Bed_Mesh.html#adaptive-meshes

Which one is the best solution for CR6-SE ?

Sorry, I mised your post.

I never used the adaptive meshing on my CR6 as it still takes quite some time (on my RatRig I do use it as it comes set by default in RatOS and is fast anyway). Run a high detail (10*10) mesh once and just load it. Last time I ran my mesh is probably over 6 months ago and it still works flawlessly. At least if you don't more your printer around this should stay fairly constant. I print different material requiring vastly different bed temperatures so I have a few temperature defaults.
