Unable to select a path to install the plugin

I saw another person had the same issue, but I couldn't find the settings.json to add manually. When I try to install the plugin for either game, it only shows the desktop folder but I cannot access it, and it creates a "bin" file on my desktop.

The settings.json file is in the folder you installed ETS2 Local Radio in. If you clicked next next next then it'll probably be in C:\Program Files\ETS2 Local Radio or C:\Program Files (x86)\ETS2 Local Radio.
