v3.0.0-beta - You've Got Mail

This is the beta version of version 3.0. Unlike previous versions, stations and cities are not stored locally, but are retrieved from the Local Radio website. It also means that station updates now arrive within a couple hours instead of a couple months.

This version is still in beta. Use v2.5.0 if you are experiencing any problems with this version.

The Linux version seems to be broken at the moment, and is hence not included. Because I don't have a Linux machine, and ETS2 doesn't seem to run well in a virtual machine, I cannot fix that at the moment either.
If someone with a bit of programming knowledge would like to give it a go, then please do. I will include it once it works.

Compared to v1.41.0, this contains the following updates:

• Support for the ATS Washington DLC
• Updated overlay, with support for DirectX 11
• Togglable dark theme

The new overlay no longer relies on the d3dx9.dll, so you can safely remove that from your ATS/ETS2 installation folder if you're coming from version v1.x.

A large thank-you to Miko for providing the old overlay. It has served Local Radio well for the past two years. So thank you!

Known issues:

• Overlay gets stuck in the top left corner after changing your graphics settings (but hey, at least it no longer crashes)
