• Validate item with

  • If unsucessful, check what kind of software has generated the item and check for update/issues here

Server related issue

• Check whether it can be reproduced with latest version of server software
• Check for any open/closed items in

• Distinguish between
  • Server software issue (e.g. exception)
  • Server configuration issue
  • Server filesystem permission issue

Client related issue
