Test:

  1. Krause House is so clearly, obviously, absurdly usefully a can't miss value add on the cap table, as measured by every team saying yes, and giving us a discount, and teams coming to us (barring team-specific reasons outside of control).

Subproblems:

  • Teams don't understand why KH would be a valuable stakeholder besides sounding techy and paying a premium.
  • Teams don't understand the extent do which we can engage their preexisting fanbases. (maybe solved, maybe not)
  • Teams don't understand the value that we can bring them via tokenized/gamified fandom (from Jerry's OR their existing fanbase)

Eli hypothesis:
"Helping Jerry's navigate and understand and gain agency in Krause House is STEP 1 of a process of driving meaningful engagement and paths to providing value. We should focus on STEP 2, which involves mapping out and building those paths."

Personas:

  • Jerry: excited by KH, engaged with KH mission itself
  • Team fans: existing and potential fans of a team we acquire a stake in
  • Org itself: provide value inside the org
  • Fan LP: helping KH acquire stake / raise, wants to own a piece of the team
