Hi,
Yes, this is expected, Intel HD 4000 is old and slow and there is not much you can do about its performance. Actually, as far as i know, Intel HD 4000 partially supports Vulkan 1.2, you should be able to use old DXVK versions with it (for example, 1.10.3). You can check Vulkan support via:

Although, despite it's quite slow, it still should be enough to play old games. Make sure you are not using DXVK, from my experience OpenGL works better than Vulkan on such slow GPUs. Or at least try both and choose what performs best. |

Hi, I have a laptop with old iGPU Intel HD 4000 without Vulkan support. I tried to play old game from 2004: Night Watch (through Bottles) and it very slow - only a few FPS. I am not expert in all this stuff, I read that Gallium Nine implemented Direct3D 9? But in
wine ninewinecfg
I see disabled checkbox:Is it expected? Nothing you can do for better gaming (of old DirectX 9 games) on old hardware without Vulkan support?
Thanks for Conty!
