Recipients cannot see private messages

The author, administrators, and moderators can see private messages, but not the users to whom they are addressed.

System information

• Joomla version: ‎4.3.5-dev
• Joomla template: CASSIOPEIA
• Kunena version: 6.1.4-DEV
• Kunena template: Aurelia
• Php version: 8.1.22
• Database version: 10.5.21-MariaDB

Desktop

It is not yet working as it should.
A PM from an admin or moderator to a registered user now works, but not from user to user.

• PM from Mod or admin to an user
• PM from user to user - the recipient cannot see this PM
