Deeper and darker mob drops not dropping

Description:
Upon killing the warden many times, and finally getting the achievement you get when the heart drops it doesn't actually drop the item. I believe none of these items actually drop from any mobs, but can be found in chests/urns in the ancient city: Heart of the deep, warden carapace, and soul dust. I don't think the heart of the deep can be found in chests but the other two can.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Kill a warden until you get the achievement that the heart of the deep has dropped
2. See that no item has dropped

Additional context:
I dont believe there is any other context because the server doesn't crash, everything works fine except for the drops. I haven't changed anything in the config.
