Randomly teleported into the dimension?

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Mod Version: 1.3.2
Mod Loader: fabric

Description:
I was jumping from tree to tree during night time, i fell off the tree and then I got teleported into the deeper and darker dimension, giving me the achievement "Below the Bedrock" (I havent even unlocked the other achievements before it yet) whats even worse is that it teleported me above the roof of the dimension so im stuck above the bedrock. I dont know if this is because of any other mod i have installed, but to my knowledge, nothing conflicts with the mod and this has just randomly happened.

There have been no crashes or any other errors prior to this so im at a loss right now.
