We discuss the balance of births and deaths in relation to #27 , #55 with @FCalderoni e Gian Maria

La soluzione più plausibile consiste nel creare un flusso in ingresso di gente in età lavorativa dal circondario

Rimangono difficoltà nell'integrare i neo arrivati nelle reti (a parte quella lavorativa, se entrano con un lavoro). In specie, direi, per quanto riguarda le famiglie (sono parenti di qualcuno? Completamente sconnessi? Maschi e femmine?)

arrivano quando c'è un lavoro?

Si punta a un 10-15% di riduzione
