Francesco's notes for the wizard:

Dear Filip,

as agreed today we would like to have the Wizard on OC with these initial options:

first screen: selection between Palermo/Eindhoven and between preventive/disruption scenario
second screen: selection of specific options for the previous choice. For example:
size of the organized crime group
crime rate in the society
scope of the policy intervention (e.g. number of children, number of arrests)
