Differences between results in python and netlogo:

What causes this difference? Is it bad? Is it good?
The following tests have been performed:

  1. To compensate for the high number of siblings in the netlogo model, the average number of siblings in the python model has been increased. No difference emerged.

  2. The "k" parameter of the initial watts strogatz was increased from 2 to a higher range of 2 to 10. No differences emerged.
