The SCRPPLE manual includes a vague definition for AGEDBH ("AgeDBH is a general relationship between Age and DBH for each species"). Could you please provide a more detailed definition for AGEDBH or update the manual? The manual also neglects to mention the units for maximum bark thickness. I assume this is in cm, but would like some clarification. Thank you for your time!

Hope you are well. I will work to make this clearer in the next manual version. In the mean time the relationship between Age and DBH is defined as the following
here rho is the maximum bark thickness and alpha is the AGEDBH.
They were given the common name because in this structural equation rho *BETA will be the the maximum obtainable bark-thickness and alpha will determine the rate at which AGE increases DBH.
There are no inherent units for Bark thickness or maximum bark thickness, as you the user define the relationship of either variableto probability of mortality and between AGE and DBH.
