Add 2d wavelength calibration and extraction to banzai-nres

As an nres developer, I need to account for the fact that the nres wavelength "spots" are tilted with by doing a 2d wavelength solution and extraction so that my radial velocity precision is not limited by the pipeline.

• Add ellipticity and rotation of the spots to the wavelength fitting code
• Make a proper 2d wavelength map including the effects of tilting
• change the extraction to be a histogram sum over wavelength bins instead of x pixels
• deploy to dev cluster
