Histogram Controls for Image Scaling

As a datalab user, I would like to have RGB scaling show a histogram of the image and allow me to select scaling values from the histogram. This is really difficult since there is a really small dynamic range in most of the images, so we might want to do some non-equal scaling in the histogram bins or something.

• Add histograms onto ImageScaler component
• Add controls for selecting ranges within the histogram
• Try to solve histogram scaling issue with non-equal bins
