Deep - using the tool, use is captured in the process of the endorsement, or there is published work product “powered by MyLocal”

Shallow - they view the tool, listen to the explanation about its capabilities and possible uses, and think it is a great development. They potentially encourage members of the public to use the tool, and say something about why the country needs open data, available free-of-charge, to improve business, the economy etc.
