Add link to full paper

If you are super interested in a paper right now the only way to get to it is to google the title, which you cant do very well because selecting the text get's detected as a swipe. We should probably have a "see full paper info" link at the bottom of the card.

we do have links for all papers you rated if you download at the end of the session in the csv file, but I agree it'd be better if it was more accessible
