separate folder for parsers

Discussing with @giacomomagni , we thought it would be good practice to create a separate directory for each parser we need. The raw data we have been given is not uniform throughout all the projects, eg. ewpo, smefit2.0, atlas stxs, etc. We propose the following structure

database/ 
                 data_group_1/ ....
                 data_group_2/ ....
                 data_group_3/ ....

where each of the data groups belong to a separate raw input / project.

Pleas @tgiani add here your raw data in a separate foldere something like ATLAS_STSX_2022 so we can keep track of these files as well. Thanks
