Problem Creating sqanti3_lrgasp Environment

I have cloned the lrgasp-challenge-3-evaluation repository and I am trying to create a conda environment with the yml file using the following command:
conda env create -f sqanti3_lrgasp.yml

Nevertheless, it gets stuck and seems to never end. I let it build the environment for almost a day and this still appears on my window:

Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): ...working... done
Solving environment: ...working... 

Can someone give a recommendation?
