wELL the author don't need plus one, he needs donation, frankly it's hard and takes time to deliver this kind of system.

Donation is not the main thing. The main thing - free time

It's not hardest thing to do... The first thing is make this library work with fpc and linux x86. And later arm linux.

I will try to make the wrapper compatible with this.

It's my next project :) Nothing is impossible.

I discard Firemonkey and Firemonkey for Android. No experience with this compiler and absent Linux compiler drops my interest for this.

As I said FPC and Linux first and next FPC ARM for PI and finally Android ARM.

I have average experience on Linux Enviroment for ARM but I need more. And I don't have any experience with OpenCV for Linux (Static libraries and stuff).

Obviously Wrapper for Linux will be far simple than Windows is. This wrapper is very Windows focused. I'm thinking to do another GitHub repo for this.

Finally FPC 3.1.1 can generate PIC code without TEXREL (Text Reallocations) so things are more easy than before. I just need to investigate and port basic functions of OpenCV for FPC and Linux()

Patience
