Apache AMI does not support phpMyAdmin.
I thinks it needs to update chef recipe about httpd.

@hideokamoto @wokamoto This is just the Apache AMI or does this also apply to all CloudFormation AMIs?

Apache AMI needs to configure httpd conf for phpMyAdmin.
CloudFormation needs to update RDS endpoint data in phpMyAdmin's config file.
