Simpler UI for younger students

If this code is going to be used at an event for children 12 and under, there should be way to put it into a simpler mode with fewer options. This could be done via a global variable.

In the simpler mode reduce the amount of options. Allow multiple stars to be added at once, like the triangles. Add simpler, faster things that the students can do.
