TINY text editor

Hello again, I have recently upgraded to the latest leantime 2.2.4.
I have noticed that the menu toolbar in the TINY text editor in To-Dos, is not visible and so copying or pasting text has to be done by the ctrl+c or v keystrokes.

is there a way that i can have the menu toolbar appear?
