Is there anyway to manage permission for users? #857

I spend some time mapping out the roles. Here are my thoughts, open for feedback:

  • Making roles entirely custom is going to be incredibly difficult at this stage in leantime
  • Instead I'd like to make sure we cover 95% of use cases with a static role system
  • All roles could be assigned at instance and project level (with project level roles overriding instance roles (except admins)
