discussion today between JCVI/NCGR; I am to write up a high-level outline of some concrete ideas for what could be accomplished, starting with the CADL genome/annotations and maps and referencing similar work we have done in connection with other groups such as cowpea to make a path forward slightly more comprehensible; after which, others will provide feedback.
