Admin can't set default listing for communities page

Describe the feature you'd like

Example if I look at https://lemm.ee/ they have their front page listing set to default to the All feed.

But if you click on their communities link https://lemm.ee/communities it defaults to Local, which might be confusing for people hoping to find communities to join, or being disappointed by the apparently small activity counts.

I think the communities page could just copy whatever the front page uses. It makes sense to me that they would just match.
