清晰理解問題
- 儘量清晰描述問題
- 仔細閱讀錯誤訊息（通常前三行就好）
- 反復刪改實驗對比（動作前、動作後有什麼差別？）
判斷問題是否需要現在解決（標準：是否影響作業進行）
拆解問題，記下解題思路
- 流程圖
找尋解決方法
1. 第一手資料：說明文件、標準（若難以理解看第二手資料）
2. 第二手資料：教學課程、網路文章、書籍、StackOverflow、Google （最好有提供第一手資料來源）
