Remove the branch management from pharmacy manager

Description

In the pharmacy managers side bar there is a button to access branch management window.But branch managing previledge shluld not be with the pharmacy manager.It should be with the pharmacy owner web application.Remove that from the pharmacy pos system manager dashboard window.

Possible way to fix

Remove it from the side bar and delete all the files related to that.
