test-suite for angular services and backend #1

Add a comprehensive and comprehensible test-suite.

This includes for the frontend:

SML service: test-data consisting of mapping objects and check against hard-corded SML scripts; SML scripts should also give a brief overview over the spec (cf. [1])
come up with a robust solution to mock out services for debugging and testing purposes (oracle, transform, rdb, csv)

For the backend:

test-suite for all the core implementation; mock as necessary
