I have an update, maybe something is wrong with my instance? Whenever I try uploading the new zip file with the changes it just constantly loads unless I compress the subfolder of stargazer-v1.9/stargazer-1.9. The theme is not shown in the theme picker, however it is shown in themes that can be deleted, which is the only way to fix this issue.

Can you do a tree -dL 2 from you themes folder ?
It seams that your folder is broken normally there is only one folder per theme

/httpdocs/themes/themename/"" and maybe a folder named "extra"
