Description

Remove genesis timestamp usage for slot computation as described in Fix timeslot and timestamp issues in LIP 0044 and LIP 0058 lips#188

Acceptance Criteria

All tests are passing

shuse2 added type: improvement type: breaking and removed type: improvement labels
