Add sabnzbd and rtorrent widgets

Both applications offer XMLRPC support, and sabnzbd offers JSON-RPC which won't have to introduce another dependency. It would be cool to have a status widget, possibly with speed statistics and graph, and notification support (some form of alert on finished downloads) for these applications.
